No shared accounts, anywhere
Every facilitator, sponsor, learner, and admin holds their own identity. Nothing is reached through a shared password or a secret link.

Candour, protected
A sponsor sees the feedback their staff received, never the feedback their staff wrote about other people — the join that would leak it simply isn't there.
Honest retention
Coursework is kept for three years, then purged. Certificates stay verifiable indefinitely, because a credential on someone's profile has to outlast the work behind it.
Aligned, and honest about it
Course one is aligned with the U.S. Department of Labor's AI Literacy Framework. It's a real completion credential — not a government certification, and it never claims to be.
You own your record
A profile follows the person, not the job. Deleting an account anonymises it rather than erasing a certificate somebody may still be relying on.
